COLD FRESH STARTERS

SALMON CARPACCIO.

  • Thinnly sliced fresh salmon marinated in lemon juice in a citrus vinaigrette dressing with serrano peppers, garlic, capers and fresh green salad

HORSE MACKEREL “TIRADITO”.

  • Sashimi like slices of  horse mackerel, with lemon, salt, fresh pepper, red onion, garlic, serrano peppers, with Serrano and cilantro lemon vinaigrette.

BURRATA CHEESE  DI MOZZARELLA.

  • Fresh burrata cheese with tomato marmalade, basil, served with serrano ham and a fig reduction.

HOT STARTERS

GARLIC FUNGI.

  • Blend of mushrooms sautéed with garlic, guajillo peppers, parsley, lemon, butter and Calabresse pecorino cheese.

GRILLED SPICY SHRIMP.

  • Shrimp sautéed with bacon, white onion, cherry tomato sauce and garlic; with a touch of cracked chili peppers and house bread.

MELTED CHEESE WITH CHISTORRA.

  • Melted cheese with roasted chistorra, poached poblano peppers, accompanied with tortillas (corn or flour), guacamole and roasted salsa.

CAULIFLOWER PARMESAN.

  • Poached cauliflower sautéed with garlic, cherry tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

SOUPS

ARTICHOKES – CILANTRO.

  • Cream of Artichoke seasoned with onion, cilantro, garlic and celery previously sautéed; served with croutons, dehydrated Serrano ham and a touch of truffle oil.

SHRIMP BISQUE.

  • Shrimp soup, vegetable mirepoix, brandy and a touch of saffron.

CAESAR SALAD.

  • Romaine lettuce with freshly made dressing, anchovies, Parmesan cheese and croutons.

  • Salad with a mix of romaine lettuce, spinach, chickpeas, cucumber, mixed peppers, kalamata olives, feta cheese and a lemon-oregano vinaigrette.

GRILLED BEET SALAD.

  • Grilled beets mounted onfresh spinach, with cherry tomatoes, red onion, pine nuts, goat cheese and garlic balsamic vinaigrette.

COUNTRY SALAD.

  • Lettuce mix, with cherry tomatoes, caramelized apple, walnuts, serrano ham, goat cheese, croutons and a strawberry-honey vinaigrette.

POULTRY

CILANTRO CHICKEN

  • Chicken breast with cilantro cream, accompanied with a parmesan potato lasagna, asparagus and crunchy serrano ham.

CHEF’S CHICKEN.

  • Chicken breast with a cream of onion, mushrooms, gorgonzola cheese served over mashed potatoes and fresh serrano ham.

  • Tender fish with celery, garlic, parsley, a butter and white wine sauce, served with green beans and Provençal tomato.

  • Tender fresh fish, seared with cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, capers, oregano served with mashed potatoes.

LEMON ARTICHOKE FISH.

  • Tender fresh fish, seared with artichokes, garlic, white onion, spinach and lemon butter accompanied with roasted potatoes.

FISH MEUNIERE

  • Tender fresh fish, seared with garlic, walnuts, lemon, capers, parsley and butter; served with a portobello risotto.

  • Grilled octopus, bathed in a lemon, butter, parsley sauce with a touch of cracked chili peppers; served with asparagus, rosemary potatoes and aioli.

  • Salmon fillet, served with Argentine chimichurri and avocado, mashed potatoes with beet pesto, glazed asparagus with garlic and cracked chili peppers.

  • Spaghetti with shrimp, extra virgin olive oil, mint, basil, onion, smoked cheese, fried pumpkin and cream.

  • Pasta with a beef, pork and red tomato sauce, served with Parmesan cheese.

  • Creamy and tasty al dente fettuccine, with shrimp, onion, asparagus sautéed and flamed with brandy, more cream and saffron

LASAGNE BOLOGNESE.

  • Layers of lasagne pasta with a beef-pork tomato sauce,  served with parmesan cheese.

PACCHERI WITH PISTACHIO PESTOAND SHRIMP

  • Large tube pasta with pistachio pesto, burrata di mozzarella and roasted shrimp.

  • Hollow spaghetti-type pasta, with bacon, white onion, cherry tomatoes, garlic, cracked chili peppers and Romano cheese.

PACCHERI FRUTTI DI MARE.

  • Large tube pasta cooked al dente with seafood mix (squid, sea scallop, shrimp and fish) in a cherry tomato, garlic and parsley sauce.

GRILLED ARRACHERA (ON THE GRILL).

  • Grilled flank steak cooked to your liking,  mounted on mashed potatoes, with sautéed vegetables, romesco pesto and accompanied with macha salsa.

DEMI-GLASS SHORT RIBS
